Two large and spacious furnished apartment complexes are capable of accommodating over 200 students.
Apart from the apartments, complexes host the cafeteria and restaurant where students can enjoy snacks and meals. The Residential Board will also provide laundry services to students. The Office of the Students Affairs has also designed programmes to promote cooperative living and cultural enriching experiences. Plans are also far advance to provide wireless internet facilities in all halls of residence.
The institute is located at Lakeside, one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Accra. Therefore the institute will collaborate with landlords or Lakeside Estate Residents Association to assist students who are in need of out of campus accommodation. Students can contact the Students Affairs Office for assistance on off campus accommodation.

MIST can boast of one of the best and stimulating learning environment in Ghana. It is located in a new and rapidly growing area of Eastern Accra. It has numerous classrooms equipped with modern and sophisticated multimedia equipment like web camera and internet facilities among others. The institute seats on a large acres of land with space for everything. There are well equipped and resourced Libraries, Laboratories, Fitness Centre, Medical Center, Spacious students’ hostels, shopping arcade, and modern Auditorium under construction.
